CCSN has 5 locations in Arizona including a facility in  Safford, Benson, Sierra Vista, Douglas and Tucson with our Administration Office headquartered in Tucson as well.

You can call our Scheduling Department at 520-639-9006 (option 1), Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, to check eligibility and to schedule services based on your schedule and location.

CCSN offers year-round, behavioral health services in-home, on-site, in the community or through a telehealth option for children ages birth to 17. We offer an array of services that include group and individual respite, skills training, positive behavior change, communication, and more.

We are accepting new members at all our locations statewide.

We accept all AHCCCS health plans:

  1. Banner-University Family Care
  2. UnitedHealthcare Community Plan
  3. Mercy Care
  4. Care1st Health Plan
  5. Health Choice Arizona (formerly Steward Health Choice Arizona)
  6. Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan
  7. American Indian Health Program

If your child does not already have a completed assessment from a current health home or PCP, we are able to schedule an appointment with one of our staff to do so prior to enrolling in services.

Our behavioral health programs are specifically for children from birth through to the age of 17.

CCSN does not currently have a contract with the Department of Education and does not accept ESA insurance.
