The CCSN Difference

The CCSN Difference
  • Provide resources to all AHCCCS eligible children under 18, while providing
quality care on site, in the home, in the community or in the school.
  • A CCSN Assessor provides an assessment of your child and family’s unique needs—we meet you where you are.

Use Evidence Based Programs (EBP) to help educate and enhance child’s communication, coping skills, and conduct.

CCSN utilizes either a Daily Living Activities (DLA20) tool or an Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ3) in order to measure outcomes every 90 days to ensures progress.

We offer tools and resources to support our children and families to become more resilient and move forward.
